Our combination of new student orientation, Jay Chats, peer mentors, First Year Seminar courses, and faculty advisors will set you up for success.ÌýThere are many opportunities to take advantage of at ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ. You'll get to meet student club leaders at Accepted Student Days, as well as faculty and staff at New Student Orientation.

- December 9 – Jay Chat: What to Expect on Check-in Day
- January 11 – Check-in Day
- January 11-12 – New Student Orientation
- January 13 – First day of classes
For Fall 2025 New Students:
- May 5 – Jay Chat: You’ve Deposited, Now What?
- June 27 & 28 – June New Student Orientation (identical program both days; pick one day to attend)
- July 21 – Jay Chat: What to Expect on Check-in Day
- August 22 – Check-in Day
- August 22, 3 p.m. – Convocation
- August 22-24 – New Student Orientation
- August 25 – First day of classes
