Request a Work Order
In case of an emergency, please call Campus Safety immediately at (717) 361-1000.
Facilities only monitors the work order system during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For work orders submitted after hours, they will be addressed on the next business day.
To submit a work order request, please follow the steps below. You must submit a separate work order request for each issue.Ìý
Failure to follow protocol may result in a slow response time.

- Fill out the form provided. Please ensure that you submit a separate work order request for each issue. Also, please specify if there are any animals in your room so that our technicians are aware.
- Mandatory fields in the form are marked with (*), and they include Location, Area/Room number, Work Requested, and Work Category.
For desktop users:
- Choose the "Work Orders" icon located on the left side of the page.
- Fill out the required (*) fields (Location, Area/Room number, Work Requested, and Work Category).
For mobile users:
- Download the "Asset Essential" app.
- Click on the "+" button at the bottom of your screen and select "Request."
- Fill out the mandatory (*) fields (Location, Area/Room number, Work Requested, and Work Category).
Failure to follow the required protocol may lead to delays in response time.

Check the Status of a Work Order
