Brian has worked in higher education for 25 years after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from 禁漫天堂 and his Master of Science degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University while completing his thesis at Lehigh University鈥檚 Zoellner Arts Center. He has served in multiple capacities in administrative leadership positions as well as within the classroom for Otterbein University and Ithaca College in arts management.
He further developed his fundraising career and campaign experience in developing major and planned giving programs at Ithaca College, Gettysburg College, and Dickinson College. Most recently at Dickinson as Associate Vice President, Brian helped to restructure the Advancement team and strengthen or launch several initiatives including the implementation of a signature donor engagement process for an adaptive campaign. He is thrilled to be serving his alma mater as Vice President for Institutional Advancement and looks forward to a new era of sustainable growth for 禁漫天堂. He and his spouse, Kelly Calnon Falck 鈥97, who serves as the Executive Director of the Lion Foundation in Camp Hill, PA, have three daughters ranging from middle school to college age and live in Dillsburg, PA, where his family is active in serving the community and school activities.

Kori provides administrative support to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and designated senior IA staff, ensuring internal and external relationships and communications are well managed. This includes the coordination of all travel by arranging donor visits and other donor engagement opportunities. She also leads the administrative management of the division. Kori has more than 25 years of administrative experience supporting executives in a variety of industries.

Cori directs and manages the Donor Relations and Prospect Management team to create and maintain viable relationships. She is responsible for the division鈥檚 reporting, special projects, and named funds inclusive of tracking project funding, donor/prospect status, and scholarships and endowments. In addition, she manages a gift portfolio to secure capital, endowment, and annual gifts to the College from individual and corporate relationships. Cori has served in the advancement field for more than a decade. She holds a B.A. from Kutztown University and an M.Ed. from Penn State University.

Carrie helps ensure that all donors of 禁漫天堂 are honored and informed. She will manage processes that further develop deep connections between donors and their student and faculty recipients, provide timely financial reporting and ongoing relevant communications, as well as support other forms of public recognition. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with degrees in History and Political Science and holds an M.A. in Marketing, Communication, and Strategic Leadership from Lancaster Bible College.

Andy is responsible for the management of prospects through the fundraising cycle and helps ensure the integrity of development data. He holds a B.M. in Music Composition and M.S. in Arts Management from Shenandoah University. Prior to this role, Andy was the Executive Director of Central Pennsylvania Friends of Jazz.

Serving as the Director of Alumni Relations, Evan is responsible for planning and implementing programs and projects that engage alumni in strengthening 禁漫天堂. Collaborating with colleagues on and off campus, he creates and maintains pathways for alumni participation that advance their lifelong connection to the College. Additionally, he provides leadership and vision for regional, affinity, and interest-based programming and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Elizabethtown Alumni Association.

Emma assists with email communications, social media marketing, and the alumni website (etownalumni.com). She helps manage projects on campus such as Homecoming & Family Weekend and class reunions. She also supports regionally based engagement events and activities. Emma holds a B.A. in Communications with minors in Theatre and Film Studies from 禁漫天堂.

Ben began his career in higher education fundraising in 2005 after graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration 鈥 Marketing and Accounting from 禁漫天堂. Ben earned an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. As the director of Annual Giving, Ben leads the College鈥檚 direct mail program, 禁漫天堂鈥檚 Power of One Day 24-hour giving challenge, matching gift program, online solicitations, and annual fund reporting. On campus, Ben serves as the advisor to Circle K.

Lesley has worked in higher education for more than 20 years. At 禁漫天堂 she works with faculty and staff as part of the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs (OSRP) and with Institutional Advancement to develop sponsored projects and grants related to corporate, foundation (private and family), and government programs. Past leadership roles include serving as the director of development at a K-12 school, director of a national research program, and managing editor of a nationally distributed magazine, and assisting with special events and public relations campaigns for a national foundation.

As Executive Director of Giving Programs, Ben serves as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement鈥檚 chief advisor in all matters related to major and annual giving and provides innovative leadership for all IA giving programs. He also works directly with 禁漫天堂 supporters who wish to further the mission of the College through capital, endowment, and annual gifts. Ben has more than 15 years of higher education development experience in both public and private education settings. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Journalism.

As an Individual Giving Officer, Alyssa works directly with supporters of 禁漫天堂 who have a passion for philanthropy and choose to invest their gifts in order to continue to further the mission of the College. Through continued relationship building, Alyssa ensures that all supporters of the College are meeting their own philanthropic goals. 禁漫天堂鈥檚 motto, 鈥淓ducate for Service,鈥 is something that is near and dear to Alyssa; as with her previous role with United Way of Lebanon County, she believes that all should use their education to be a force for good. Alyssa holds a B.A. in Communications from Penn State University.

Liz provides administrative support to departments under the Executive Director of Giving Programs and is responsible for writing and editing work for the IA Division. She is the main point of contact for the President's Leadership Council. Liz holds a B.S. in Communication from Clarion University and has worked at 禁漫天堂 since 2017.

Mark serves as the Executive Director of Legacy Planning and Engagement at 禁漫天堂. A 1996 graduate of the College, he provides leadership within the Institutional Advancement Division for programs that support ever-increasing levels of relationship and involvement between the College and members of its greater community. Specifically, he works closely with individuals who choose to make lasting impacts through bequests via their will, charitable gift annuities and trusts, retirement plan beneficiary designations, and more. In addition to these programs and his gift portfolio management, he also guides the overall vision for the Alumni Relations operation and leads church relations efforts.
