Attend til the End Challenge

From August 28 - December 1, RecWell is challenging you to attend as many group fitness classes during the Fall 2024 semester! ÌýWhy? Because consistency matters and simple, daily efforts can make a lasting impact! ÌýEvery group fitness class you attend (and are checked-in for) counts towards your total points. ÌýThe person with the most points at the end of the semester will win an iPad and a $100 lululemon gift card! No registration required!

Rowvember Challenge

Join RecWell's Rowvember Challenge from November 1 to November 26 and reap all the benefits of this versatile and effective activity! ÌýLog your meters every time you row with the provided log as well as document your row with a picture of the screen to validate meters rowed. Submit your log and pictures at the end of the challenge to be tallied up. ÌýThe person that has the most meters rowed by the end of the month will win their very own compact, foldable rower for their home! This challenge can be done with the rowers at the Bowers Center (2) as well as other fitness centers or home gyms (with valid pictures/logs). ÌýEmail recwell@etown.edu to register!Ìý

Leave 2024 Behind You Challenge

2025 is arriving soon! ÌýA new year means a new start! Let’s leave 2024 behind us and work towards a healthier and happier you! Log minutes for every fitness and wellness activity that you perform from January 27 to February 28. ÌýSubmit your activities every week. ÌýEveryone that reaches 2,025 minutes of fitness and wellness activity goes into a raffle to win a Garmin Watch! ÌýWe have fun self-care prizes you can win along the way for reaching certain milestone minutes! To register, students and employees can email recwell@etown.edu.Ìý See a list of activities.

Prizes:

  • 500 minutes – Collagen Under Eye Mask
  • 1000 minutes – Bowers Center Travel Sunscreen Stick
  • 1500 minutes – Roll on Essential Oil Stick
  • 2000 minutes – Bowers Center Commemorative 5th Anniversary Travel Tag
  • 2,025 - Every participant that reaches 2,025 minutes by Friday, February 28 will go into a drawing to win a Garmin Watch!

CPR Certifications

The Office of Campus Recreation and Well-Being offers certification through the American Red Cross for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED. The cost for current ½ûÂþÌìÌà students, staff and faculty is $65. The cost for community members is $80. ½ûÂþÌìÌà our CPR Certification website for more information and to register for one of the following upcoming classes:
