Graduate Tuition Financial Aid
Tuition Payment:
Graduate tuition rates vary by program. Tuition is posted on each program page. Students are required to submit payment for tuition in full prior to the beginning of the session. Payment may be made online through 禁漫天堂 CASHNet, by credit card (a convenience fee will be charged), ACH/Electronic Check (No additional fees), cash (accepted at the Business Office), or check or money order, made payable to Etown (mailed to the Business Office or delivered in person at the SGPS 禁漫天堂 office).

禁漫天堂鈥檚 School of Graduate and Professional Studies 8-week accelerated graduate courses, offered both online and in the classroom are eligible for need-based financial aid in the form of Federal Direct Loans and scholarships.听
Financial aid is calculated upon actual registered credits. It is imperative for students to plan ahead and register for all semester credits early on in the process.
How to Apply for Financial Aid

All steps should be completed prior to starting classes:
- Complete the听(FAFSA)
- Complete and submit, by mail or email, the 2024-2025 Employer Educational Assistance Verification Form.

Enrollment Eligibility for Financial Aid
The 8-week graduate sessions are offered in "mini-terms" which comprise a semester.听 Because of this, the determination of part-time status and full-time status is different than traditional degree programs that operate on a fall/spring semester schedule. Graduate enrollment levels are determined by combining the credits taken in two separate 8-week sessions in both fall, spring, and summer.
Graduate Programs
Full-time status is a student taking 6 or more credits within the semester.
Part-time status is a student taking at least 3 credits per semester.

At听, students can:
- view their federal student aid history, including loan detail, and overpayment detail;
- get their loan servicer鈥檚 contact information;
- download their federal student aid history into a text file using the MyData Download function.
Jay Fellowship Referral Program
This initiative allows current students or 禁漫天堂 alumni to recommend prospective students to the School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS), all while contributing to reducing their financial obligations.听When you refer a student, both you and the referred student will receive a complimentary credit applicable towards your preferred program or ongoing course of study. Employer Tuition Reimbursement
Your employer might help offset the cost of your education; talk to your human resources department or consult your employee handbook for information about听tuition reimbursement听or assistance programs.
Tuition Deferment Program
禁漫天堂 offers a tuition deferment plan for students using their employer鈥檚 reimbursement. Typically the employer requires your course to be completed with a final grade recorded prior to reimbursing the employee. Rather than requiring payment for the course upfront, students can enroll in the deferment program to defer payment for 30 days after the date of the last class in each 8-week session.
Scholarships for Adult Learners
The Michele A. and Stephen K. Fries Continuing and Professional Studies Scholarship
Also known as The Fries Fund Scholarship, it is provided to current SGPS students showing financial need, who are age 23 or older, living and working in Lancaster County, and enrolled as a Business major. Contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.听 听
