What are Inclusive Access textbooks?Ìý
½ûÂþÌìÌà is an Inclusive Access (IA) school. Our goal is to deliver affordable digital textbooks/course materials upon access to your courses in Canvas. Inclusive Access participation is optional. You are welcome to opt out of the program. If you choose to opt out of the program, it will be
your
responsibility to obtain the course materials on your own. Be advised that not all books are available via IA; please check with the , the Textbook Manager, or your instructor if you have any questions.
More information is provided within each course syllabus and in Canvas. Payment is made through each student's account. If financial aid, scholarship, or other payments have been awarded to you, please contact the Business Office for more details to apply them to textbook charges.Ìý

Quick Access to Your ÌýAccount
All learners will need Canvas to access their course syllabi and online instructional materials. Your username and password for Canvas are the same as what you use for email and JayWeb. Starfish
Starfish is a software tool that enhances advising relationships and student success at ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ. Faculty and staff can easily view students' progress toward academic goals, identify road blocks to success and intervene when students are struggling. Students receive real-time feedback, encouragement and acknowledgement through flags and kudos and can easily connect to faculty, advisors, and staff through a network of information and services.Ìý

SGPS students can access ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ's High Library resources both in person and online.
Outside Network Access
You will be prompted to supply your User ID and Password; the same information used to access your ½ûÂþÌìÌà email account (also referred to as your network account.) Once you have entered your User ID and password, you will be returned to the original library access page from which you started. Even though it looks the same, you now have access to the resources on the site.
